APPRENTICESHIP APPLICATIONS
Apprenticeship applications are no longer given out at the Union Hall the first Wednesday of every month.
Applications can now be submitted at any time online at www.oltapp.com. Please note that a current, valid driver’s license and high school diploma or GED will need to be submitted online when you complete your application.

- Place your payment (check/money order) in an envelope with your 860 card
- Make sure your last name and last four digits of ss# are included.
- Payments will be processed the following business day.

Laborers Local 860 is headquartered in the stately Southworth House in Cleveland, whose acquisition and renovation was funded by the local. See our efforts to provide our membership with the nation’s best union facility and our commitment to remaining a vibrant part of the community we serve through this project, which garnered a federal Historic Preservation Tax Credit.
